Greenie Fire!

Hola everyone!

Ok so this week was all a blur and I really don't remember any details but I'll see what I can do!

SO my new companion's name is Hermana Smurthwaite (the Spanish speakers have a hay day with that one) and she's from Kentucky! She has a ton of fire for the work, and we should be able to get a lot of things done this transfer!

Training is easier than I anticipated, but I've certainly been more tired this week than any other week I can remember on my mission. We're still finding lots of great potentials, and it's been really hard to meet with our investigators this week because of their crazy schedules and everything, but the lessons we did have were crazy powerful!

This week I've gained a really strong testimony of the power of asking inspired questions! The right question can change the whole lesson, bring the Spirit so strongly, and really help to be able to understand their needs. Basically it's like the best thing ever and Heavenly Father helped us a lot this week to be able to think of the right questions!

It was weird saying goodbye to all of my friends from last transfer, I love Hermana Oliphant so much and one of the best friends I've made on my mission, Sister Almond, got trasferred up to Albuquerque, but I can already tell that this transfer is going to be a great one and the new missionaries that came in are so amazing! Transitions are always just weird for a little bit.
That's really all I've got right now. Lots of work, lots of changes!

I hope y'all have an amazing week!
Hermana Martin

Hermana Oliphant still hasn't sent me the pictures we took so this is all I've got. Here's my new comp!

I don't think I'll ever have a companion that's my same height or taller at this point
